The yourVoice at Ottobock panel is a group of selected individuals who have the opportunity to share their experiences and needs with us as part of surveys (such as online surveys, interviews, or product tests). As a participant, you can actively shape future Ottobock products, services and offers. Your open, honest and critical opinion is important to us!
No, you do not need to be a user of Ottobock products or services; in this panel, we are only interested in your opinion and your needs as an expert and user of prosthetics, orthotics, wheelchairs, etc.
We guarantee that your answers will be treated as absolutely confidential, and that they will be used only for statistical and analytic purposes in relation to the topic of the specific survey. Ottobock and all other companies involved in developing and implementing this panel are subject to the requirements of German and international data privacy law. Personal data is never disclosed to third parties or used for our own marketing activities.
During the registration, you will be asked to complete an initial questionnaire which requests in addition to your registration data information about your age, current supply situation and various activities. This allows us to invite you later to only those surveys that are relevant and interesting for you.
You can change your personal data at any time under the “My profile” option in the participant area.

You will be invited to participate in each new survey via e-mail, based on the information you provide during registration. The e-mail will include detailed information on the specific survey. However, you can also view surveys available for you in your personal panel area. Participation in the surveys is voluntary.
Generally, members are invited to complete surveys 4-6 times per year on average. The duration of the surveys varies, so each invitation will inform you of the length of the specific survey in question.
Most of the surveys are online. However, it is possible that we may invite you to an online blog discussion, an online forum, or even a live event. You never know!
Your membership is completely voluntary, and can be revoked at any time in the secure member area by selecting “My profile” and “Delete user account”. Your personal data will then be deleted.
